For the last 16 years I have had the privilege of traveling and singing with Blessed Truth. It was in 1993 at a backyard picnic, that four men with a love for God and Gospel Music came together and after a lot of prayer formed this wonderful group. Through the years Blessed Truth, with the help of the Holy Spirit has been sharing God’s Word through music.
We have seen Souls come to know our Lord Jesus Christ and have been blessed to meet so many of God’s people. Blessed Truth has had the privilege of opening for such groups as the Dove Brothers, Tony Gore & Majesty, the Bishops, the Collingsworth Family, and the Wilburn’s.
As members of the Indiana Gospel Music Association since 1993, the group has had the honor of being voted Group of the Year four times. Blessed Truth has had many changes in personnel through the years but they have always kept their sight on the mission at hand, and that is to sing for His glory and to win souls to His kingdom. God has opened many doors for Blessed Truth, and we look forward to him opening many more before his day of returning.
